Privacy Policy

Last updated: 29 October 2026 TradeImpulseAI is operated by Neuratech AI Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number [NUMBER], registered office [ADDRESS]). In this policy "we", "us" and "our" refer to Neuratech AI Limited, and "the Service" refers to the website at tradeimpulseai.com and the tools it provides. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, how we use it and what rights you have over it. We are the data controller for the personal data described here. 1. Data we collect Account data. When you create an account we collect your email address and a password. Passwords are stored in hashed form and we cannot read them. We assign you a Trader ID so that your activity can be linked to your account. Calibration and protocol data. When you complete the calibration test or a Behaviour, Imprint or Live Interrupt protocol we record which impulse you selected, your responses, timings and scores, and the dates of each session. This is the core of the Service and is needed to show you your history and progress. Tap Journal entries. Notes and tags you enter in the Tap Journal are stored against your account so that you can see them again. Subscription and payment data. Payments for the Pro plan are processed by Stripe. We receive your subscription status, plan, renewal date and the last four digits of your card so we can show you your plan and manage access. We never receive or store your full card number. Technical and usage data. When you use the Service we collect your IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, the time of your visit and the page that referred you. We use Google Analytics 4 for this, and Google Ads conversion tracking when you arrive from one of our advertisements. See section 6 on cookies. Support correspondence. If you contact us we keep the message and our reply. We do not knowingly collect any special category data such as health information, and we ask you not to include it in Tap Journal entries or support messages. 2. How we use your data We use your data to: create and manage your account and let you sign in; run the calibration test and protocols and show you your results and history; store and display your Tap Journal entries; process payments and manage your subscription through Stripe; send service emails such as payment confirmations, cancellation notices and password resets; understand how the Service is used so we can improve it; measure whether our advertising brings in new accounts; detect and prevent fraud, abuse and security incidents; comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. 3. Lawful bases Under UK GDPR we rely on the following bases: Contract. Account, calibration, protocol, Tap Journal and subscription data are processed because they are needed to provide the Service you have signed up for. Legitimate interests. Technical and usage data, fraud prevention and advertising measurement are processed in our legitimate interest in running, securing and growing the Service. You can object to this processing at any time (see section 8). Consent. Analytics and advertising cookies are set only where your consent is required by law and you have given it. You can withdraw consent at any time through the cookie settings. Legal obligation. We keep payment and tax records where the law requires it. 4. Who we share data with We share data only with service providers who process it on our behalf under contract: Stripe for payment processing and subscription management (see Stripe's privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy); Google for Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads conversion measurement (see policies.google.com/privacy); our hosting and database providers, who store the Service and its data; our email delivery provider, which sends service emails on our behalf. We may also disclose data where the law requires it, to protect our rights or the safety of users, or as part of a sale or restructuring of the business, in which case the new owner would be bound by this policy. 5. International transfers Some of our providers, including Stripe and Google, process data in the United States and other countries outside the United Kingdom. Where that happens we rely on the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, or on an adequacy decision, so that your data receives equivalent protection. 6. Cookies and similar technologies We use these categories of cookies: Essential cookies, which keep you signed in and keep the Service secure. These cannot be switched off. Analytics cookies set by Google Analytics 4, which tell us how visitors use the site. Advertising measurement cookies set by Google Ads, which tell us whether a visit from one of our advertisements led to an account being created. Where you are located in the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area you will be asked for consent before analytics and advertising cookies are set, and you can change your choice at any time through the cookie settings link in the footer. You can also block cookies in your browser settings, though the Service may then not work correctly. 7. How long we keep data Account, calibration, protocol and Tap Journal data are kept while your account is open. When you delete your account these are deleted within 30 days, apart from data we must keep for legal reasons. Subscription and payment records are kept for six years after the transaction, as required by UK tax law. Analytics data is retained by Google for 14 months and then deleted. Support correspondence is kept for two years. 8. Your rights You have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; have inaccurate data corrected; have your data deleted, which you can do yourself from Settings or by contacting us; restrict or object to processing based on legitimate interests; receive a copy of the data you provided in a portable format; withdraw consent where processing is based on consent; complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk if you believe we have handled your data unlawfully. To exercise any of these rights email us at [SUPPORT EMAIL]. We will respond within one month. 9. Security Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored with access controls. Passwords are hashed and payment details are handled entirely by Stripe. No system is completely secure, and if a breach affecting your data occurs we will tell you and the regulator as the law requires. 10. Children The Service is for adults. You must be 18 or over to create an account, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact us and we will delete it. 11. Nature of the Service TradeImpulseAI is a training and self-improvement tool for trading behaviour. It does not provide financial, investment or medical advice, and nothing recorded in the Service should be treated as such. 12. Changes to this policy We may update this policy from time to time.
