Terms of Service Last updated: 29 October 2026 These terms govern your use of TradeImpulseAI, the website at tradeimpulseai.com and the tools it provides (the "Service"). The Service is operated by Neuratech AI Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number [NUMBER], registered office [ADDRESS]). In these terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Neuratech AI Limited and "you" refers to the person using the Service. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. 1. What the Service is TradeImpulseAI is a training tool that helps traders recognise and change impulsive trading behaviour. It provides a calibration test, Behaviour, Imprint and Live Interrupt protocols, a Tap Journal and a history of your sessions. The content is educational and is based on general principles of behavioural conditioning. The Service does not provide financial, investment, trading or medical advice. Nothing in the Service is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any asset, and we do not know your financial circumstances. Trading involves risk and you are solely responsible for your trading decisions and their results. If you have concerns about your mental health or a compulsive behaviour, speak to a qualified professional. 2. Eligibility You must be 18 or over to use the Service. By creating an account you confirm that you are. 3. Your account You need an account to save your progress. You must give a valid email address and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for everything done through your account. Tell us at once if you believe someone else has used it. One person may hold one account. You may not share your account with anyone else or transfer it. 4. Free and Pro plans Free plan. A free account gives you access to one impulse, all three protocol types for that impulse, a limited number of sessions and the Tap Journal. We may change what the free plan includes at any time. Pro plan. The Pro plan gives you all ten impulses, all three protocol types and unlimited sessions. It is billed monthly in advance at the price shown on the pricing page at the time you subscribe. Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude any taxes your bank or card provider may add. Payment. Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing you authorise us to charge your payment method each month until you cancel. If a payment fails we will try again, and if it still fails your account returns to the free plan. Cancellation. You can cancel at any time from Settings through the Manage subscription button. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep Pro access until that date. We do not give refunds for partial months. Price changes. We may change the Pro price. We will email you at least 30 days before a change takes effect, and if you do not cancel before then the new price applies from your next renewal. Lapsed subscriptions. If your Pro plan ends your account returns to the free plan. Your history and Tap Journal entries are kept, and you can renew Pro at any time to regain access to everything. 5. Acceptable use You agree not to: use the Service for any unlawful purpose; copy, scrape, reproduce, resell or redistribute any part of the Service or its content; reverse engineer the Service or attempt to access its source code, databases or infrastructure; interfere with the Service, overload it or try to bypass its security or access controls; use automated tools to access the Service without our written permission; enter content in the Tap Journal or support messages that is unlawful, abusive or infringes someone else's rights. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules, with no refund. 6. Your content You own the notes and other content you enter in the Service. You give us a licence to store, process and display that content so that we can provide the Service to you. We do not use your Tap Journal entries for any other purpose and we do not share them with third parties, except as described in our Privacy Policy. 7. Our content and intellectual property The Service, including its protocols, text, design, brain state model, logo, software and all other content, belongs to Neuratech AI Limited or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for your own trading. You get no other rights. TradeImpulseAI and the four bar logo are trade marks of Neuratech AI Limited. 8. Availability and changes We aim to keep the Service available at all times but we do not guarantee it. We may take it down for maintenance, and we may change, add or remove features. If we withdraw the Service entirely we will give Pro subscribers at least 30 days' notice and refund any prepaid period beyond the withdrawal date. 9. Disclaimer The Service is provided "as is". We make no promise that using the Service will change your trading behaviour or improve your trading results. Results depend on your own effort and circumstances. To the fullest extent the law allows, we exclude all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. 10. Limitation of liability Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit. Subject to that, we are not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, lost data or indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. 11. Closing your account You can delete your account at any time from Settings. Deleting your account cancels any Pro subscription at the end of the current billing period and removes your data as described in our Privacy Policy. We may close your account if you break these terms, if required by law, or if we withdraw the Service, as set out above. 12. Changes to these terms We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version. If a change is significant we will email you or show a notice on the Service at least 14 days before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after that date means you accept the new terms. 13. Governing law These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
